Company Promise

Ask Metro’s promise to you

A commitment to uncompromising quality and a proven track record

Ask Metro is built on a proud history of providing quality building services with close attention to detail. The key to any successful project for Ask Metro is balancing key stakeholder’s requirements, budget and time constraints, with maintaining control over environmental factors, site-specific controls, health and safety, and industry best practice.

Quality control checks are carried out throughout projects, and at completion, through inspection of work, as daily site meetings with all site staff, and regular meetings with stakeholders.

Our control is a commitment to quality-expressed-training for personnel, shifting the responsibility for detecting defects from quality control inspectors to workers, and continually maintaining equipment.

We manage subcontractor performance by establishing, prior to commencement on site, project requirements and quality expectations at start-up meetings. We are proactive in providing quality assessment and feedback to our subcontractors through evaluation sessions during and at the conclusion of the project.

Additionally, material suppliers are also required to insure zero defects in delivered goods.
