Company History

mark blakeyMark qualified from Sheffield Polytechnic in 1985 with a BSc in Construction Management. After working for several building and property companies in Yorkshire and London, he moved to New Zealand in 1997. He worked for a large international Fire Protection and Alarm Company for several years as Contracts Manager managing a large number of staff. The key to any successful project for Ask Metro is balancing key stakeholder’s requirements, budget and time constraints, with maintaining control over environmental factors, site-specific controls, health and safety, and industry best practice.

Quality control checks are carried out throughout projects, and at completion, through inspection of work, as daily site meetings with all site staff, and regular meetings with stakeholders.
